Ingredients for green smoothie

 - 1 cup spinach

 - 2 cups of kale

 - 1/2 cucumber

 - 1 banana

 - 1 cup coconut water

 - 1 tablespoon flax seed oil

 - 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

 - 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

 - 1/2 avocado

 - 1/2 lemon juice

 - 1/2 apple

 - 1/2 cup ice cubes

 - Water

 - Optional: Stevia

 2. Instructions for the smoothie

 Blend ingredients together until smooth. Add stevia if desired. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
