Deviled eggs

Ingredients for Deviled eggs Recipe

 - 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs (cut in half)

 - 2 cups mayonnaise

 - 1/2 cup sour cream

 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

 - 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

 - 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese

Directions Deviled eggs

 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 Cut each egg in half lengthwise.

 Place cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.

 Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

 Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing shells.

 In a bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

 Add cheese and mix well.

 Spoon mixture evenly over egg halves.

 Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.

 Cool completely before serving.
