Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients for Tomato Soup

 - 1/2 cup chopped onion

 - 2 cups diced tomatoes

 - 1 Tbsp butter

 - 1 tsp salt

 - 1/8 tsp pepper

 - 1/4 cup of milk

 Directions:

 In a saucepan over medium heat, saute onions in butter until translucent. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
