Chicken tenders are fried pieces of meat cut from a chicken breast. These tenders are often battered and deep-fried until crispy. They are then served with ketchup and/or mayonnaise. There are many different types of chicken tenders, including breaded, honey mustard, barbecue, and teriyaki.

Ingredients for chicken tenders

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (about 4)
  • 2 cups of flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg

 Directions for chicken tenders recipe

 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well mixed. Add eggs and mix again. Dip chicken tenders in batter then place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
